Terms of Use

When using our website for WDI Inspection Ordering. You agree to pay for the inspection and any fees, associated with them. All parties listed on your order will be responsible to see that this inspection is performed and paid. Even if the property to be inspected does not close, or the sale falls through, you still have to pay for the inspection. Realtors listing the property are also reponsible for what debts are owed when the house is closed.

Cancellations must be given within 24 hours after it has been ordered or before it has been inspected, which ever comes first.
