Jackson Pest Management Operations:
1. Daily, our employees declare their health status each day and if they have been in contact with anyone who is sick. They will also reduce their need to come to the office each day. And are not allowed work if they are feeling sick.
2. We may wear all standard protective gear even when talking to clients face to face. We are sorry for speaking through the mask but that it is for safety reasons.
3. JPM will take the covid-19 pandemic seriously,and will continue to monitor the situation.
Our prevention treatments are usually outside only. If there is a pest problems inside, we will do our best to treat these safely.
Safety: You can postpone service completely during this time. Our service is an essential key to public health and safety. Pest control cannot prevent Covid-19 but it does control pests that can compromise health, therefore weakening the immune system.
Fiscally: If the reason you want to postpone or cancel is due to loss of work or money, we understand. Please let us know before we make a treatment, and contact us immediately so that we know. We will attempt to contact every customer before we treat this year. We'll attempt to text, and perhaps call, but we will knock on every door before treatment to ensure you are doing ok.
